How else do you think you’ll get it? But work smart. Don’t do mistakes that you can easily avoid by learning from people who already made those mistakes.
Read a book. Watch a video. Ask questions. Go do. Do it badly at first. Then do it again. This time better. Then again. And again. Better and better. Then all of a sudden you’ll be better than the most. You’ll be looked up to. You’ll be the inspiration. The role model. The hero.
Until then, embrace the work, embrace the inexperience, embrace the journey. On Monday, your journey starts again.
