There’s one important lesson I’ve learned: choose with whom you will work over what you will work on. When your work feels like play and you’re enjoying the people around you - you’re in the right place in life. Choose people over projects. Be selective, assertive, strict, without compromises. At the end of the day you should feel happy, fulfilled and alive most of the time. And if you’re not - something is broken, something needs to be changed. Do not settle. If it’s not clear that you love what you do - that means you don’t. Change. Find people with whom you lose track of time. And when you do - build your relationship with them for years ahead. Not weeks. Not months. Years. One picture at a time, one photoshoot at a time, one project at a time. Choose people.
